01) Who is this training suitable for?

The training is suitable for anyone who wants to learn Microsoft Office 2010. Even if you are familiar with a previous version of MS Office you may wish to upgrade your skills to the latest version. If you are a business and want to train your staff then you will find great value here. Even if you are a casual home user you will benefit from what we offer.

02) How much will it cost me?

Each MS Office 2010 product is just $32 for an instant download or $37 for the DVD version.

03) Can I select more than one course?

Yes you can. Choose a single training product or as many as you want.

04) I use MS Office 2007 – Is this going to be suitable?

MS Office 2007 and 2010 are actually very similar. You will not have any problems switching between the two.

05) Do you cover MS Publisher?

We do not at this time, although if there is sufficient demand it will get added to the tutorials.

06) Do you supply samples of the courses?

Yes samples are available on request.

07) Are the courses online?

After doing extensive research we found that our customers preferred to own the products rather than have them online. This is why we are different and allow customers the choice of an instant download or a DVD.

08) Can I pay by check or money order?

I’m afraid not. We believe in giving customers the peace of mind knowing they are safe with their transactions which is why we only accept PayPal and the popular credit cards.

09) Do you cover VBA programming?

No programming is covered in these training courses

10) How quickly will I learn?

Our philosophy is to make everything simple and jargon free which means you get taught everything you need to do your job and become proficient in the product. Each lesson is given in plain English…no computer speak or jargon is used so you learn the product faster.
