Transfer Excel To Powerpoint
In this demonstration I will show how you can transfer Microsoft Excel data and a chart into Microsoft PowerPoint.
Here is my data in Excel.
First highlight the Excel data by dragging your mouse over the cells.
Now go up to the Ribbon and click on the ‘Home’ tab. At the far left click on the copy button.
Switch to Microsoft PowerPoint and make sure a new slide has been created.
Click on an area of the slide that you want to position the data at.
Now go up to the Ribbon and click on the ‘Home’ tab. At the far left click on the paste button.
Switch back to Excel and click on the white area of the chart.
Now go up to the Ribbon and click on the ‘Home’ tab. At the far left click on the copy button.
Switch to Microsoft PowerPoint.
Click on a blank area of the slide at the point where you want to position the chart.
Now go up to the Ribbon and click on the ‘Home’ tab. At the far left click on the paste button.
The data is successfully copied from Excel To PowerPoint.
